About Us
Your Way Real Estate Development and Holdings LLC roots began from the vision of Glenn E Matthews in June 2007 under the name Your Way Construction. Your Way Construction specialized in remodeling’s and add-ons throughout, not only Southeast Texas, but also the DFW area of North Texas as well. Throughout the years Your Way Construction transitioned from only doing add-ons and remodeling work, to the more community-oriented work of delinquent properties, as well as working with city leadership to revamp and revive our devalued neighborhoods. So when we progressed from the remodeling stage to the new construction age, we changed our name to reflect our change, thus YOUR WAY REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND HOLDINGS LLC was born.
Your Way Real Estate Development and Holdings LLC is completely dedicated to the residential and commercial developing of Kountze Texas. We will work with other developers, investors, landowners and local leaders to make sure local improvements are made for the betterment of the City of Kountze.

We are an organization whose sole purpose is to Rebuild, Restore, and to Revamp our cities by Refocusing on the issues that our communities have with unwanted and unused Delinquent Properties. We are dedicated toward making these unattractive and unproductive parcels of land valuable to our cities once again.

Our mission is to satisfy the Residential and Commercial needs of our neighborhoods and our cities by providing Quality and Custom Housing, Retail, Restaurants, Medical Facilities, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, as well as bringing Small Business opportunities and Entrepreneurs to our local areas
